Thank you for shopping at Lowy’s Soap! We take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent service. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Varies by order size, or free on orders over $45).
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (within the contiguous U.S.)
We currently only offer shipping within the U.S. at this time, but we are working on expanding our options internationally in the future.
Shipping Origin
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lowy’s Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We encourage customers to track their orders and provide a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders via USPS.
Returns and Exchanges
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and any shipping-related inquiries regarding defective or damaged products.
